Who operates this website

Contacting us

The contact page provides email and telephone links. It does not currently submit an online enquiry form. Following an email link opens your email application; we receive your message when you send it. Your email or telephone provider also handles that communication.

We use the contact details and project information you choose to share to respond, discuss your requirements and manage follow-up. Our team may record relevant enquiry details in our business CRM. Please do not send passwords, patient records or information you do not have permission to share.

The free project planner

The planner works in your browser. You can download a brief without providing contact details. Choosing to discuss the result temporarily saves the brief in this browser tab so the contact page can include it in an email draft. The contact page clears that saved handoff when it reads it and rejects handoffs older than 30 minutes. Browser tab storage is also cleared when the tab is closed. This action does not itself send the brief to our servers or CRM.

Website delivery and fonts

Hostinger delivers this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps, to provide hosting and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network requests needed to provide them. See Hostinger’s privacy policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and advertising trackers are not enabled in this release. We will update this notice and the applicable preference controls before enabling optional analytics.

Handling enquiry records

Enquiry information is used for the project conversation, related business administration and any obligations arising from a project. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for email or CRM records. Contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or stop further project follow-up. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained.

Links to our global website, portfolio and other services lead to sites with their own privacy notices. This notice will change when the features or information handling on this website change.
